What’s New with KB Home in Stapleton?
What’s the latest KB Home has to offer in Stapleton? Well, we packed our fancy camera (aka my iphone) and headed out to shoot a few videos to get you up to speed on what they have to offer in Stapleton’s North End and Bluff Lake neighborhoods.
KB Home has 3 different home series they’re building in Stapleton right now; the large ranch home series with end prices likely in the $800k’s (“Starlight”), the single family homes facing onto shared courtyards with end prices in the $500k’s/$600k’s (“Wildflower”) and the paired homes series priced in the high $400k’s/low $500k’s. (“Villas”). For an overview about these series you can check out this previous post we did on KB Home in Stapleton.
In this post, and in our videos below, our goal is to show you some of their model homes, their spec homes (which are homes that are complete already and for sale!) and tell you where they’re currently building each collection.
The Starlight collection, which is their larger mid century modern series, is almost sold out! These homes are only being built in North End. They have a spec home available at 9708 E 57th Ave ( it’s the “Cosmos” floor plan, nearly 3,800 finished sf, 4 beds, sits on a roughly 7,000 sf lot!) and they have one or two lots left then they’re going to be sold out for quite a while. (until the second half of North End comes online but that could be 2020 and there is no guarantee as to which builders will be in that section!)
The next series to discuss is the Wildflower single family home collection, being built in North End. In the first video below Shawn Cummings, their sales representative for the Wildflower collection, will walk us through a Wildflower model home then talk us through some of their available lots in North End. North End is Stapleton’s last neighborhood & buyers are loving it for it’s ample green space, mountain views and easy access to Stapleton’s largest pool! This Wildflower collection features homes built on courtyards that are like pocket parks and they’re dispersed throughout North End. They’re a great fit for buyers looking to have a single family home with a finished basement in the upper $500k’s/low $600k’s. (Oh and if you don’t want to wait through the construction process they do have a few spec homes that are already complete and will finish around this summer like this one at 10258 E 57th Ave!)

What about the KB paired homes known as the Villas? They have those too and they’re available not only in North End but also in the last little section of Bluff Lake being built out below I-70 (which is in the highly rated Stapleton/Denver Public Schools if that’s important to you!)
In North End they have a completed spec home available at 5669 Dayton St listed for sale for $475k (price shown reflects the discount when you use their preferred lender). It’s the Cedar plan, has 2 bedrooms plus a loft, has roughly 1,700 finished sf and it’s just a short walk away from a huge green space and the future pool and Inspire Elementary.
