Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
9 Stapleton homes went under contract this week and we’re seeing that homes are staying on the market a bit longer than we’ve seen in the past 6 months.  Of note…these homes spent an average of 5.5 weeks on the market.  Yes – you read that right – 5.5 weeks.  Four of the nine properties had at least one price reduction.  As we have seen this type of pattern for the past month and a half, it is safe to say the market has slowed and homes are not experiencing the same competition we saw this summer. This is likely seasonal, as we typically see the market slow some this time of year.  Sellers – be sure to have a pricing plan based on your needs and expectations as a competitively priced home will not only sell quicker, but may bring in multiple offers!

Sold Stapleton Homes This Week
Only 3 Stapleton homes closed over the past week.  Similar to what we’ve seen in the under contract properties, these homes spent an average of 33 days on the market (ranging from 7-61 days).
