Wonderland Homes is a consistent best seller in Stapleton. They build a quality home and they mainly serve the $400k – $500 market which is a very popular price point for Stapleton families. If you’re looking to build a new Wonderland Home in Stapleton here is the scoop on their inventory!
Wonderland is currently building 4 home series in Stapleton. They are building their “Heritage” single family home collection (very traditional), their “Expressions” single family home collection (modern exteriors), their Edge II town home collection and their “Terrace Homes” town home collection.
Before I outline the inventory I want to note that the Heritage and Expressions collections are good fits for buyers in the mid to upper $400k’s price range, the Edge II series is good for buyers in the low to mid $400k’s and the Terrace Homes are good for buyers in the mid $400k’s –low $500k’s. Keep in mind these are the end prices after all lot premiums, upgrades, etc.
The purpose of this post will be to update you on the available and upcoming inventory for each of the homes series being offered by Wonderland in Stapleton. Once you review it if you think you’d be interested in building a Wonderland home I’d love to have the chance to help you as your buyer’s agent. The builder pays my commission and you pay the same price whether you have an agent or no so why not have someone who has gone through it many times before on your side?

Inventory Information:
Wonderland “Heritage” Collection:
The Heritage single family collection is sold out in Willow Park East. They have two courtyards of homes coming in Wicker Park, Stapleton’s newest neighborhood, but they have a long list of buyers waiting so you’ll have to get lucky to get one of these. Here is an overall map of Stapleton so you can locate the Wicker Park area at the northeast intersection of Central Park Blvd and Prairie Meadows Drive. Once you get your bearings here is a zoomed in map of Wicker Park where I’ve circled the Heritage Lots. I don’t want to discourage buyers from getting on the interest list but this series could be a very long wait. (I’ve had a buyer waiting for over a year and we’re hoping to get a lot in the next release!)

Wonderland does not plan to build this Heritage series in the Bluff Lake (Aurora) section of Stapleton coming soon so my guess is we’ll see the next evolution of this series once Forest City starts to build out Section 10, the land to the East of Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
Wonderland “Expressions” Collection:
The Expressions single family home collection is also currently sold out in Stapleton. This series will only have one courtyard of homes in Wicker Park so you’d also have to get a bit lucky on this series as well. If you are interested I’d get on their interest list right away because the lots will be released and contracted on in a first come first serve basis. The map I linked to above will show you the lots in Wicker park in this series as well.
After Wicker Park I think a modified version of the Expressions series will be built in the Bluff Lake (Aurora) section of Stapleton coming in 2016.
Wonderland Edge II Collection:
The Edge II collection is the only collection from Wonderland that has a few homes available for buyers in the Willow Park East neighborhood of Stapleton. They currently have a Ceylon floor plan that is being built which would be a November 2015 move in (all selections already made on the home) and they have a Ceylon that would be ready around January 2016. (again all selections already made) These are priced in the mid to high $400k’s. (here is a page where you can see all the floor plans etc for this series)
The Edge II will not have any lots in Wicker Park and I am not sure if they will be building in the Bluff Lake (Aurora) section of Stapleton coming in 2016.
Terrace Homes Collection:
The Terrace Homes collection, which has been built along the south side of MLK Blvd facing Central Park, is currently sold out but they will have 19 lots coming in the near future in Willow Park East. The pricing and lot premiums on these lots are not yet released but if you are interested the best thing to do is get on the interest list with the builder. Terrace Homes will not be in Wicker Park and I am not sure if they plan to be in the Bluff Lake (Aurora) section of Stapleton coming in 2016.
