After 20 years of building, David Weekley has 18 row homes from the mid $600ks left … and that’s it!

David Weekley Homes is now selling a beautiful new series of row homes in Central Park’s North End neighborhood.

David Weekley is almost done selling in Central Park – amazingly, according to Ed Hickok at David Weekley, the builder has been building beautiful homes in the neighborhood for over 20 years – and they’re down to their last 18 row homes.

If you check out the map below, you’ll see the 18 row homes. Now several of these are already under contract (those are the red dots). The green dots are the available lots.

There are also 4 “quick move-in” row homes available – meaning these townhomes are under construction and will be available sooner than a dirt lot start home.

If you look at the map, you’ll see the yellow dots. Those are the 4 available quick move-ins. More on the quick move-ins below!

As you can see, there are 5 different buildings, and the move in date for a number of these row homes is anticipated to be the end of 2023 or early 2024.

Interior units can be finished under $650,000 according to Ed. Corner lots could come in closer to, or over, $700,000. Ed says most of the row homes will finish in the mid to high $600ks. As usual final pricing depends on your lot and the selections you choose – which is where our team at Focus Real Estate comes in.
