There are just 8 new listings this week, which is not enough to keep up with buyer demand lately.

There were 16 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. What can we learn from these? Well, over half of them sold in the first 5 days. Same old story, low inventory is driving high demand. So if you’re a buyer and you’re looking at a well priced home that shows well you should expect you may have some competition.
9068 E 23rd Ave is a good example of homes that are selling before they even hit the market. There is a close knit group of local agents in Stapleton and it’s not uncommon for homes to sell before they even get listed on the market.
