Quick Move-In New Construction
These past few weeks the Scoop has been spending time with all the builders in Stapleton to know what the availability of these homes is so we can tell all of you wonderful readers about it.
David Weekley has four row homes remaining: one in Conservatory Green (former model home), two in the North End (stunning west-facing views), and two in Bluff Lake (zoned for Denver Public Schools).
The home in Conservatory Green is turn-key ready. It is priced at $599,990. The remaining homes will be complete mid-fall to early 2020. They range in price from $524,918 to $599,500.

If you are wanting a ranch-style home, Boulder Creek has a few remaining homes available in Bluff Lake. The Stapleton market is still moving quickly. The difference in a home sitting on the market for a few days (or even hours) versus sitting for a few weeks heavily matters on how competitive the price is and how well the home is staged. Out of these 13 homes currently under contract, six of them went within a week of going on the market.
