Hooray! It’s Friday! The sun is returning to us, tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo, the Kentucky Derby – and best of all – there are 13 new Stapleton listings! That’s the best news of all, right? New listings? Okay… maybe that’s just me – but we all certainly have our excuses to celebrate this weekend!
New Stapleton Listings This Week
This week’s ideal family home: 5019 Akron St – Are you ready to move right in? Our listing at 5019 Akron may be the home for you. Situated on a quiet street in Conservatory Green, this home has quick access to everything you want in a Stapleton home. Walk to Torchy’s Tacos, Maverick Pool is 1 block away, walk to High Tech Elementary or enjoy an ultra private pocket park just outside your garage! The barely lived-in interior certainly impresses with upgrades galore and excellent use of space to create a light-filled, spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with room for entertaining and even an office. Yes, the door is hot pink. Yes, the swing matches. Yes, you will love it more than you think you should. Listed at $619,000 this one will go quick – so check out the 3D tour ASAP!
Urban Chic on the Southside: 11456 E 27th Ave – Love the sleek, white, bright, high-end style you often see on HGTV? Then this is the house. Beautifully modern finishes are only the beginning – just wait until you see the light filled 3rd floor penthouse and rooftop deck! Have a hard time imagining? Check out the 3D tour here! Listed for $665,000 by Joe Phillips.
Need something a little larger? Our friend Kim Kooba just listed 9900 E 28th Place which may be just the castle you had in mind! This grand Infinity home presides over a beautiful pocket park in Eastbridge, providing plenty of room for the family with 5 bedrooms on a large corner lot with tons of outdoor entertaining space – all for $925,000. Walk to F-15 pool, Westerly Creek Park and, of course, the fabulous Eastbridge Town Center!
But you may be wondering… what’s new?! As you may know, builders in Beeler Park and Bluff Lake are selling out quick – but there are still opportunities to be found! For example, Thrive Homebuilders has 2 rowhomes left in Bluff Lake under $400,000 – the Curtis: 3 Story | 2 Bed |1.5 Bath | 1 Car Garage and the Verbena: 2 Story | 3 Bed | 2.5 Bath | 2 Car Garage. Beeler Park has some limited availability left across nearly all the builders, ranging from the mid $400s to over a million. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll fill you in on what’s left!
Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
17 Stapleton homes went under contract last week with an average of 2 weeks on the market before going under contract. What does this tell us? Yes, many properties have offers the first weekend they are listed – but certainly not all, and not even the majority. As a buyer, you want to be ready to move quickly, but it’s not quite as painful as it sometimes sounds in the news 🙂
Sold Stapleton Homes This Week
20 Stapleton homes sold and closed in the past week. See them all at the link above!
There are currently 43 active resale listings in Stapleton which means inventory is still tight, but there is a wonderful selection of homes on the market right now. Especially my listing at 5464 Valentia Street – just check out the super cute yard!

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Stapleton, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
