This Week in Stapleton Real Estate 4.26.19

There are twenty new listings this week in Stapleton!  See them all in our weekly update on the Stapleton real estate market below.

Quick reminder before we jump in…if you go under contract on a home now you’re likely looking at a June closing and possession date.  So if being in the new home and getting settled in over the summer is your goal now is the time to take action! As I mentioned above, this week 20 new resale listings hit the market.  In terms of new inventory per week that’s about what we’ve seen lately in this spring selling season.  (Most people move in Spring so it makes sense that inventory is up)

Here are a few of the new ones we want to make sure you don’t miss:

17 Stapleton homes went under contract this week, with a median “days on market” (meaning how long a home takes to go under contract after it’s listed for sale) of just 5 days.  In fact, of the 17 homes 12 of them were under contract in the first week!
