As I mentioned above, this week 20 new resale listings hit the market. In terms of new inventory per week that’s about what we’ve seen lately in this spring selling season. (Most people move in Spring so it makes sense that inventory is up)

17 Stapleton homes went under contract this week, with a median “days on market” (meaning how long a home takes to go under contract after it’s listed for sale) of just 5 days. In fact, of the 17 homes 12 of them were under contract in the first week!
