10 Under Contract Homes This Week
10 Stapleton homes went under contract this week after spending on average of 25 days on the market.  9 of the homes are located south of I-70 and the remaining home is in Willow Park East.  In general, homes south of I-70 tend to sell more quickly and for higher prices than a similar home on the northside (I call it the “big tree” premium).  Don’t worry, our northside trees will grow too!
