This Week in Central Park Real Estate 7.9.21
Hope everyone has had a nice week after the long holiday weekend. While we may not have firework displays this weekend, there are some fun evening activities scheduled in the neighborhood. Head to the South Green (29th & Roslyn) tonight for the Movie on the Green – Jumanji: The Next Level. Five different food trucks (view the list here) are scheduled to be there ahead of the 8:30 start time, so come early and enjoy some delicious food, desserts and drinks.
Tomorrow night, from 5:00 – 9:00, The Shops at Northfield, is hosting Christmas in July an Island Party. Enjoy $1 off roller staking at SummerSkate Roller Rink (47th Ave & Verbena), free margaritas (21+ of course) and free kids meals with the purchase of an adult entree at La Sandia. Wear vacation attire and enjoy skating, live music, limbo contests, hula lessons, face painting, and more. The best part? Santa will be there from 5:30-7:30. Now, onto real estate.
New Listings
15 new listings hit the market this week ranging in price from $329,900 to $999,000. There are condos, townhomes, paired homes and detached single-family homes. Here’s one that caught my eye:

7 properties went under contract this week. This number is lower than we’ve seen in a while but that’s not surprising given the holiday.
Sold Homes
12 homes sales closed this week. Half of them north of I-70 and half south.
All Active Homes
There are currently 21 active listings, the majority of which are south of I-70. Prices start at $329,900 and top out at $1.1M.
Coming Soon
There are 4 homes listed as Coming Soon so, if you don’t see anything that suits your needs this weekend, perhaps one of these will fit the bill when it activates within the next 7 days.
