Happy Friday Stapleton Scoop readers! First – thanks for your patience this week. It’s been a busy couple of days with 23 new listings and 17 Stapleton properties closing this week! New Stapleton Listings This Week
Wow – 23 new listings have hit the market! Everything from a $266,000 condo near the town center to Jay Epperson’s stunning urban estate at 2730 Clinton Street listed at $1,545,000! With so much available, I thought I’d put together a quick hitter list for what you might want to see this weekend:

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
There were 9 Stapleton homes that went under contract last week. With the number of listings that came on last week, this is pretty normal – but I would expect a number of the homes that popped up this week to go quickly again. Of note – all except 1 of these were under $600,000, which isn’t surprising as this is the hottest market in Stapleton. If you’re looking under $600,000, just be sure to act quickly when you see the right fit!

There were 17 Stapleton homes that sold and closed in this last week. This is pretty typical about 30-40 days after the first of the year.
