Next Door American Eatery
Hey Stapleton, here’s the scoop on “Next Door”, one of our great new restaurants in our burgeoning local restaurant scene!
Next Door is an urban-casual dining restaurant with multiple locations in Colorado. Their new location in Eastbridge Town Center in Stapleton offers a large outdoor patio, raised bar area, and communal dining tables. The fun, relaxed atmosphere is perfect for the whole family (they even have various games) or for meeting a friend for dinner and cocktails. At Next Door the philosophy is to serve real food sourced from American farmers at affordable prices. Next Door is also dedicated to environmentally-friendly practices such as composting, wind power, eco-friendly packaging, and recycling.
The menu is creative and diverse, including everything from burgers (which are delish!), sandwiches, and salads to bowls and shared snacks (kale chips!). There are numerous vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options available as well, so there’s a little something for everyone! And let’s not forget the craft cocktails, local beers, and kegged wines!
Next Door offers a Happy Hour menu daily from 3-6pm, with a variety of snack and drink specials. Tasty food options range from $3-$5 and include chorizo dates, meatballs with polenta, and pickles & pepperoncinis! There are gluten free, dairy free, and/or vegan bites as well! Happy Hour drink specials range from craft beer & wine to peach bourbon with prices from $4-$6. They also offer daily specials like “Baja Fish Taco Tuesday”! Yummm…
Giving Back to the Community
Each Next Door location hosts a 50|4U fundraiser event on Mondays, where 50% of sales from participating guests are donated to a local school. Guests simply need to inform their server that they are there for the fundraising event and 50% is donated directly to the specified school that week.
Next Door also hosts community events such as the Pumpkin Carving Party this Saturday, October 21st, which includes a kid-friendly pumpkin carving kit for the kiddos and happy hour menu for adults!
