What’s the latest with Parkwood in North End? Plenty! As Central Park’s only semi-custom builder, Parkwood is known for classic, timeless architecture and beautiful interior floorplans and finishes. What sets Parkwood apart? You can move walls, add/subtract rooms, and generally tweak your floorplan. In short, you really can make your home your dream home.
My last Parkwood update was titled “Your last chance to build a Parkwood is almost here.” Well, consider this your last notice – because this really is your last chance to build a Parkwood in Central Park as new construction closes out in the neighborhood. Once North End is built out, that will be the end of new construction in Central Park for not just Parkwood but all of the builders, outside a few infill projects like A Line Square.
So what’s available right now? Parkwood has three of its famous Painted Ladies for sale that will be completed in early 2022. All three are Fillmores and we’re anticipating that they’ll finish in the high $800ks or low $900ks. Structural options have been selected, but the good news is you can still pick your finishes. Most importantly, all have incredible top floor decks.
Also, Parkwood has 1 lot left that has been released as part of the Shenandoah collection. There are 7 different elevations and floorplans that are part of the Shenandoah collection, including many of the beautiful single family Parkwoods you see throughout Central Park. This last lot is only a short stroll from the Wildlife Refuge.
