What’s New with David Weekley in Stapleton?

What’s going on with David Weekley?  Well, the short answer is their remaining homes are going fast.  If you’ve been wanting to pick your floorpan and be able to pick designs, the opportunity to do that is getting smaller by the day.  In this blog post, I will cover what is currently available for the row homes, the cottage homes, and the paired homes along with some details and unique characteristics of each.

David Weekley Row Homes

If you have not been in a David Weekley row home, do yourself a favor and go check one out.  You will leave impressed. The two floor plans left are the Sienna and Sienna II (see floor plans below).  There are two Sienna floor plans left; one in Bluff Lake and one in Conservatory Green. There are two Sienna II row homes in the North End and one in Bluff Lake and that’s it!

Check out my interview below with David Weekley’s Katie Salvatore where we walk through the entire home.  Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day we shot the video so you couldn’t see downtown or the mountains.  However, take it from me, go check these views out.  Stunning!

The Sienna is a large floor plan with 2,650 square feet.  It includes three bedrooms and two and-a-half bathrooms.  The study, or open space, can be found on the first floor.  The first floor also has a large covered porch perfect for entertaining guests.  The master suite is found on the second level with a large bathroom along with the family room, kitchen and large outdoor balcony.  On the third level you will find two large bedrooms with their own full bathrooms attached.

The Sienna in Conservatory Green is a former model, end-unit, and faces Runway 35 pool and park.  The yard is landscaped beautifully with a built-in paver patio and enclosed gate around the entire property.  The price for this stunning home is $599,500 and is available now.

The Sienna plan in Bluff Lake will be ready early 2020.  The price for Bluff Lake is $524,918.

When you enter the Sienna II, the high ceilings make the already large space even more stunning.  This floorplan is 2,059 square feet.  The bottom floor is where you will find your attached two-car garage as well as a large crawl space that you can easily use for additional storage.  The second floor is an entertainer’s dream.  The second floor has a beautiful and natural flow from the large balcony into the kitchen and into the family room.  The third floor is where you will find the owner’s retreat as well as two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.

The two row homes available in the North End feature unparalleled unobstructed mountain and downtown views. Both homes have large panoramic windows to showcase the stunning west-facing views.  The price on the North End homes are $541,000 and $543,000 with a mid-September delivery.

The great news about the homes available in Bluff Lake is they are zoned for DPS schools!  This is your very last chance to own a new construction home on the south side within the DPS school boundaries!  The Sienna is currently listed at $527,265 and the Sienna II is listed for $492,608!!  (Let me re-enforce this last sentence – new construction, south side of Stapleton, 3 bedrooms for under $500,000!!)

Cottage Homes

There are four quick move-in cottage homes.  I toured a Summitt Peak floorplan which is available in early September for $624,627.  The master bedroom is nicely done with dual-opening doors and large master bath.  Check out that walkthrough here.

There are two Summitt Peak floorplans and two Salida floorplans (see below).   The Summitt Peak ranges in size from 2,388 to 2,411 square feet and is $609,201 and $624,697 available for a mid-fall delivery. The Salida is a little larger at 2,611 square feet and features a nice-sized study on the first floor.  The Salida is priced at $634,440 and $644,059.  All four of these quick move-in homes have designer finishes and 10’ ceilings on the main floor.

If you would rather pick your home design, there is a very small window for that opportunity.  There are five floorplans in this series ranging from 1,802 square feet to 1,893 square feet (with the option to finish the basement which would add an additional 800-1,000 square feet depending on the floorplan).

Paired Homes

There are four paired homes available for quick move-in.  There are two of the Bushnell Peak and two of the West Elk floorplans (see below).  The Bushnell Peak features 3 and 4 bedrooms with finished basements coming in at 2,272 sq. ft.  They will be ready for move in right around Halloween.  I can’t think of a better event that would welcome you to the neighborhood than Stapleton on Halloween!

The two West Elk Floor plans are larger featuring 2,359 sq. ft with 3 and 4 bedrooms.  These homes will be ready in early December.   The Bushnell Peak is priced at $524,479 and $526,646.  The West Elk is priced at $533,088 and $536,421.

As with the cottage homes, there is still a short window of opportunity to build the floorplan that you would like.  There are three floorplans in this series ranging in size from 1,482 square feet to 1,621 square feet (with the option of finishing the basement and adding approximately an additional 500-800ish square feet).
