What is Infinity Home Collection Building in the Final Phase of North End in Central Park?

New build home lots are selling in the second phase of North End; Central Park’s 12th and final neighborhood. Sales are off to a really strong start so we’re staying in close communication with the 9 builders to keep our readers updated. Here is the latest information from Infinity Homes.

Between January and June of this year, Infinity Homes will be breaking ground on the 25+ lots already under contract (shown with a black line through them on the map of Filing 57 below). These lots had signed contracts dated in 2020 and are a mix of the Luxe and Vive series.

Vive Series

Starting in February, Infinity will begin signing new contracts for their Vive series lots which won’t start breaking ground until summer. They intend to do a gradual release of a couple lots each month starting with lots in the western half of Filing 57 and moving onto the eastern lots later in 2021 and into 2022. Pricing will depend on the combination of floor plan, lot and exterior elevation with the “all-in” pricing (base price + lot premium + structural upgrades + finishes) for the Vive series looking to be in the $1.15M to $1.45M range. The lower end of the range is likely only possible with the lots in the earlier releases as those are expected to be priced lower than lots in later releases.

Alto Series

The Alto series will start contracting in March. The plan is to only contract on a few lots total (Vive & Alto combined) each month. Like the Vive series, the Alto lots in the western half of Filing 57 will start releasing first. All-in pricing is likely to be in the high $800s to low $1M range with the low end of the range limited to an Alto 5 without a penthouse.

Luxe Series

Last, but certainly not least, is the Luxe series. We don’t yet know when the next Luxe lots will start releasing. There are 10 Luxe lots remaining; 5 in the western half and 5 in the eastern half of Filing 57. All-in pricing is again dependent on the floor plan, lot and exterior elevation but will likely be in the $1.5M-$2M range with most finishing out between $1.6M and $1.8M. As always, pricing is subject to change as material and labor costs increase.
