New Stapleton Listings this Week
There are 12 new listings for you to check out this weekend, and they are all in South Stapleton. What is a little unusual from the last few weeks is that 8 of these listings are townhomes or condos. If you have been waiting for the perfect starter home in Stapleton or you’re looking to get into a condo for less than a rent payment – this weekend might be your opportunity! There is even a 1bd/1ba top floor condo for under $250k. Well priced properties under $500k tend to go fast, so get out and see these new listings as soon as you can.

Under Contract Stapleton Homes this Week
We saw 10 Stapleton homes go under contract this week. One of my favorites is 8765 E 49th Place from our friends Katie & Damon Knop. Beautiful modern finishes, luxury touches and one of the best courtyards in Conservatory Green! All that and you’re only steps from amazing tacos!
Sold Stapleton Homes this Week
18 properties closed this week in Stapleton, ranging from $850,000 to $176,000. These homes sold (on average) for about 99% of the list price. Of these sold homes, those under $500k were only on the market for about 1 weekend, and those that sold for over $500k were on the market for about 3-4 weekends. We’ve hit a new one-week high for 2017 in terms of active Stapleton listings with 38 this week! That’s about 3.5 weeks worth of inventory at the pace homes are selling. If you have a house to sell we’d love to help you, as we need more homes on the market to meet buyer demand. $550k – $700k range, anywhere in Stapleton (or Lowry), 3 beds, home office (or 4 beds), prefer more traditional finishes.
$800-$950k range, Central Park West location only, 3000+ finished sf, like Parkwood and Infinity homes.
