This Week in Stapleton Real Estate 4.17.20
One thing I’ve tried to take advantage of during this time at home are small and relatively inexpensive things I can do around my home to spruce it up. You know, the things you said you wanted to do when you first moved into your house but have never gotten to? Well, if you need something new to Google, here are some ideas for you to look up.
Remodel ideas:
1) Fresh Paint (both interior and exterior). It’s truly amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do to any room.
2) Consider adding smart technology items. There seems to be a “smart” technology for just about every function in a home. Check out this blog for some additional ideas on smart home technology.
3) Update light fixtures. In my opinion, searching for that perfect light fixture is always something fun to look at!
4) Create the closet of your dreams. Whether it’s your master bedroom or your pantry closet, there are so many unique ideas out there for organization.
5) Change out door hardware and light switch plates. These small details can make a big improvement.
