Now onto this week’s real estate update!
New Listings
This week we saw 10 new fabulous listings hit the market in Central Park! Within these 10 new listings, half are on the north side and half are on the south side. Here are a few of my favorites!
5490 Xenia Street – The house with it all in a location that can’t be beat! This beautiful KB courtyard home features a highly-sought after floor plan with 4 bedrooms, main floor office space, and amazing basement with a climbing wall! My favorite thing about this house is no doubt the backyard. A custom-built pergola with a fantastic deck and indoor/outdoor fireplace is fantastic for just relaxing or entertaining friends. Listed by Ashley Faller with Focus Real Estate for $849,500
Come check out the open house Saturday from 11-3!
5268 Beeler Street – A charming Wonderland home tucked away on a beautiful courtyard with an incredible backyard is new on the market this week! Featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms, beautiful wood flooring, white quartz countertops, and an excellent open-concept floorplan. Listed by Mariel Ross with Focus Real Estate for $850,000.
Come check out the home for yourself this weekend at the open house! Saturday 1-3
Under Contract Homes
This week there were four homes that went under contract in the Central Park neighborhood. Two of the four were newly listed homes. The other two had been on the market for an average of 30 days.
Sold Homes
This week we saw 15 homes close. The average close price went up this week to $951,000. The average days on market for these homes was also 5 showing us we are still in a strong sellers market here in Central Park.
All Active Homes
There are 42 properties available in Central Park this week. What I’m liking is the vast range of homes available both on the north and south side of the neighborhood in several different price points.
9319 E. 57th Place – A stunning wee Cottage in an absolutely fantastic spot in Beeler Park! If you have never been in a wee Cottage, definitely check this one out. This single-family home offers 3 large bedrooms, three bathrooms, upgrades everywhere, and a fabulous backyard. Listed by Rebecca Fawcett with Focus Real Estate for $615,000.
And that’s it for the weekly update. I hope you all have a great weekend, Central Park!
Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
