New week – same story – the Stapleton market is still experiencing extremely low inventory with only 11 new listings this week for a total of 32 total listings.

With only 11 new listings this week, demand is still far outweighing supply.

It may have been Easter weekend – but that certainly didn’t stop buyers! There were 12 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Half of these sold in the first 5 days. As you’ve seen again and again in these updates – low inventory is driving high demand. Buyers are faced with lots of competition for well-priced homes.
