Just like that, Denver’s Central Park is hopping! Our team at Focus Real Estate has been busy the past month (our team currently has 7 homes under contract around Denver on the buy and sell sides, with more to come!).
But that’s not what I’m referencing.

Sephora – Beauty enthusiasts, mark your calendars for November 2023 when Sephora will make its debut on the Shops at Northfield’s Main Street, near Bath & Body Works.
P.F. Chang’s – P.F. Chang’s is coming to 47th and Uinta, right across from Improv, in November 2023.
CAVA Mediterranean – CAVA is slated to move into Runway 35 North, just west of the new In-N-Out. We don’t yet have a firm opening date.
