Happy Friday everyone! September historically provides a little surge in home inventory and 2023 is not disappointing. After what has been a low inventory environment over the last few months, the new homes are a welcoming sign for buyers. If you are on the fence about making your move now, my recommendation is don’t wait! If you see the perfect house for you, go for it! More on that below, but first, a few happenings in the neighborhood to note!
The Central Park Beer Garden and Concert with Cass Clayton Band with special guest Taylor Scott will be held on September 16, 2023 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at the North Green in Conservatory Green. The event includes live music, craft beer from local breweries and food trucks.
If that little pop of cool weather this week has you craving Fall (I see you early PLS drinkers….), make sure you check out Lisa Palladino’s Fall Foliage and Leaf Peeping in Colorado blog to plan your annual drive! Fall in Colorado is my favorite. The crisp air, snow covered mountains and the gorgeous shimmering aspens is such a simple joy in life!
Save the date: September 30, 2023!! The Denver Deluxe Music and Arts Festival, a 100% not-for-profit event, combines live music with artists from all over the country, craft beers from New Belgium Brewery, a variety of food vendors, live street art for a day of community events benefiting Colorado UpLift.

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
