Of the 14, here are a few we wanted to highlight.

This home, listed by Kailee Ackerman on our team, sits on a quiet street in one of the neighborhood’s most desirable areas, Central Park North.  It’s just steps from the 80 acre park and a pocket park! The alley corner lot features lush landscaping & an exquisitely private backyard w/ cascading flowers & greenery everywhere you look. The heart of the home is an expansive kitchen w/ a large center island, white quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, SS appliances & a Butler’s pantry. Oak hardwood floors flow throughout the main and upper levels. The primary suite boasts a 5-piece bath & dual walk-in closets. Two more bedrooms, a loft w/ closet (potential 4th upstairs bedroom), a laundry room, & a newly renovated full bath complete the upstairs. The 4th & 5th bedrooms can be found in the finished basement; one w/ its own ensuite bath & the other w/ french doors & a walk-in closet. The family room has space for a theater, a home gym and kids’ play space. To learn more you can check out this video tour or pop by the open house our team is hosting this Saturday July 16th from 1:00 – 4:00pm.

Not seeing any new ones this week that you love?  Here are a few more coming soon!

Under Contract Homes

This week 14 homes went under contract in Central Park.  So the market is still moving and transactions are still happening.  That said, not all homes are going under contract as quickly as they were earlier in the year.  Buyers have a few more home options than before so the homes that sell need to be priced right (meaning priced based on recent sales, not sales from when the interest rates were 3%) and show beautifully. We’re seeing a lot of homes take several weeks to sell, rather than on the first weekend like they did a few months ago.

Sold Homes

This week 21 homes closed in the last week.  You can see those in the link above.

All Active Homes

Right now there are 54 active resale homes on the market in Central Park.  Here are a few more of our favorites you may want to check out:

Disclaimer:

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
