It’s also National Day of Unplugging where the goal is to put your devices down and connect with your family and friends in person, no distractions… But before you do that, let’s chat about what’s happening around Central Park this week and in the real estate market. This past week 14 homes went under contract in the neighborhood.
Sold Homes

All Active Homes
There are 26 active resale listings on the market in Central Park right now, with another 22 homes that are either quick move-in or ready to be built.
