This Week In Central Park Real Estate 4.28.23

New Listings

This week there are 10 new listings in Central Park.  One of my favorites is this Parkwood Chestertown located on the north side of the neighborhood. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an amazing media room, there is enough room for everyone! Listed by Charlie Soule with Re/MAX Cherry Creek for $1,495,000.

Central Park Under Contract Homes

12 homes went under contract this week in Central Park.  The average days on market before these homes went under contract was only 6 days! This is telling us the buyer demand for Central Park is still very strong.

And we welcome eight new homeowners to Central Park this week. These homes all closed at 98% of the original asking price.  What does this mean? Well, last year during the peak of the market, we were closing closer to 102% of the original list price. Homes in Central Park continue to be in high demand, but we are not seeing crazy bidding wars on all of them (this is still definitely happening though – check in with your favorite Central Park real estate group *hint hint* to be in the know of what offers are currently looking like.)
