This Week in Central Park Real Estate 2.11.22

Onto what’s happening in the Central Park re-sale market!


This week we saw 12 new listings hit the market.  The more we get into 2022, the more listings we are seeing from week to week – which is great!  Here are the three latest Focus listings:

11 homes went under contract this week.  Two of those homes were new build homes set to be finished later this year.  The average days on market before these homes went under contract was 4 days.


This week we welcome 6 new homeowners.  The median sold price was $856,333.  And the average list price to sold price was 104%.


There are 20 homes currently active on the market.  This may not seem like a lot to choose from – and this is still an incredibly low number, but it shows that homes in Central Park continue to be in high demand.
