We’ve been busy at the Scoop, not only preparing for the holidays, but also 2022! Our team of 8 realtors are here to help whether you are looking to buy, sell, or do both! Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just announced the new 2022 conforming loan limits… drum roll please… The standard nationwide conforming loan amount is bumped up to $647,200 and the high balance conforming limit for Denver Metro area is $684,250! This is great news as we head into 2022, especially with Central Park’s home values holding tight.

New Listings
This week we had 8 new listings that hit the market in Central Park. With the holidays in full swing, the volume we are seeing is typical for this time of year. Inventory is low, but Buyers are still actively looking, and we have been seeing multiple offers on homes in the recent weeks.
