11. As of the time of this writing, there are only 11 resale homes on the market in all of Central Park. To give a little perspective, our neighborhood has roughly 9,000 homes. That’s bananas!
New build home sales in the final neighborhood of North End are strong as well. 13 homes went under contract this past week. It probably won’t be a surprise to tell you these 6 of these listings went under contract within 4 days of being listed.
