This Week in Central Park Real Estate 1.22.21

11.  As of the time of this writing, there are only 11 resale homes on the market in all of Central Park.  To give a little perspective, our neighborhood has roughly 9,000 homes.  That’s bananas!

New build home sales in the final neighborhood of North End are strong as well.  Kailee Ackerman stopped by Infinity this week to get the latest scoop on what Infinity is building and what you need to know if you’re interested in building.  If you’re interested in learning about what the other builders are up to, you can sign up HERE to receive a builder’s cheat sheet, stay informed on lot releases, and what’s going on with each builder.

Are you wondering which option may be better for you and your family?  Check out this blog post by Mariel Ross that breaks down if it’s cheaper to purchase a new build home or a resale.

Onto the weekly Central Park real estate market update!

Of the 11 total listings, 7 came on this week.  One of those listings is this stunning Thrive home in Central Park West.  3259 Uinta Street is listed at $850,000 by Joe Phillips and Kailee Ackerman.  This home has two office spaces, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 car garage, and a 20-year prepaid solar lease!

And 7 beautiful homes closed this week.

All Active Listings

Even though we only have 11 homes on the market, there is a wide variety of what’s available.  3442 Central Park Boulevard is a former Wonderland model home with all the upgrades from the electrical outlets and lighting to the high-end finishes found throughout the home.  Sitting just blocks from anywhere you would like to be including Sprouts, Central Park, 29th Avenue Town Center, Jet Stream Pool, and the Central Park train station.  3 bed, 4 bath, office space, and over 2,600 square feet, this stylish home is priced at $585,000.

And finally, if you are curious what your home value currently is, I would love to give you a thorough analysis of how your home would stack up in the current market.  There is absolutely no obligation to sell your home.  But if you are at all contemplating making a move, the market is absolutely in your favor right now.  My contact information can be found below.  Have a wonderful week, Central Park!

***Disclaimer*** Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Central Park, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
