Exciting times! As we see the dirt moving in the final phase of the North End, we are starting to see more and more builders begin to open up!
The highly-anticipated KB Villas are opening on Friday, November 12!
I stopped by for a quick tour, which you can see here.
Below are each of the floor plans with pricing and additional information. The floor plan “names” reflect the amount of above-ground square footage.
And YES! All these homes can include basements! I’ve added the cost to each one below for both the finished and unfinished option.
The villas offer some additional options with these homes that’s worth mentioning. First every floor plan has an alternate second floor option which adds extra square footage (always a good thing!) I’ve added the price of what the second floor option is to the below plans.

Now, onto the lot premiums! On Friday, the first lots will be released. See those lots and the lot premium for each. The other red lots are the Villa lots that will be released soon after. We will definitely keep you posted on those dates!

You can get on the interest list today if there is a lot that strikes your fancy. To get on the interest list, the deposit amounts are as follows:
$1500 – if you rent your current home
$5k – if you own your current home
And if you want to include a basement (finished or unfinished) that will be an extra $5k. The other thing you will need to do is pre-qualify with the KB lender.
