So what’s available?
You may have seen several of Infinity’s VIVE “spec” homes over the past few months – loaded with upgrades and featuring unobstructed views – but did you know you could move in by the holidays? Talk about instant gratification!
We’re also looking forward to a corner lot Vive 1 with incredible views to come to market soon. I’ve had a chance to see this one through the build process, and it may be one of my favorites (plus it’s navy and white with a 3-car garage!). Everything for this one is selected – but if you’re looking to truly build your dream from the ground up, we have great news…
Infinity is planning to release 8 dirt start lots in the next few months and they may be my favorite lots in North End. 4 have stunning Western exposures, circled in red on the lot map above, and front a pocket park with no Sub HOA.
You’ll notice the corner lots are oversized – hovering around a 1/4 acre each. We anticipate these will go pretty quickly. If you were hoping for mountain views from your primary suite, you got it!
These lots are perfectly positioned to take advantage of Infinity’s huge bedroom windows, and the park-like views from your front porch and spacious home office will be the icing on the cake!
But maybe you were hoping for one of those special lots that face the Wildlife Preserve? You’re in luck!
Infinity has 4 dirt start lots remaining that face directly into the wildlife preserve with unobstructed views (circled in blue on the lot map). These “dirt start” lots start between $1.3-$1.4M. We expect Buyers to add about $200k-$250k in upgrades for an all in price around $1.5-$1.65M (all in pricing varies for each home / buyer).

Need more space? Look no further than the Infinity Luxe.
With 5-6+ bedrooms above grade, main floor bedroom suites, multiple bonus room options and unobstructed Refuge views – these homes have ALL the things. While there is no current “spec” home inventory, we are expecting a Luxe 2 in the next 1-2 months with tons of upgrades.
We’re so excited to see that future spec homes will have some of the best views and lots we’ve seen so far. We expect future Luxe specs to be in the $2.3-$2.4M+ range on 63rd Drive with incomparable views.
