New Developments in Summit County

Summit County is running out of land quickly but there are still some amazing new developments happening around town. Here are the new projects for sale, coming soon:

Kindred

Kindred, listed by Liv Sotheby’s, is Keystone’s newest development literally steps from the Gondola.  These residences are pushing the luxury market in Summit County by bringing a whole new feel to mountain living in Keystone. This location is everything, adjacent to the Blue river for all your fishing and outdoor needs or head across the street to the Bluebird market for a plethora of restaurant and bar options.
