We are so excited about the anticipated opening of the new FlyteCo Brewing location and the old control tower in the Central Park neighborhood. The new location will have a full, diverse, scratch-made menu. I recently had the pleasure of chatting with the chef behind FlyteCo’s new menu, Chef Michael. You can catch my interview HERE.
Chef Michael plans to offer an Americana menu with lots of variety, including kids menu options. The menu will include made-from-scratch items such as soups and sauces. There will also be food and beer pairings as well as recipes incorporating FlyteCo’s beers right into the dish.
