Inventory Update on Lennar Homes in Stapleton
Looking for a Stapleton home with a carriage house but can’t find one because of the low inventory? Lennar Homes is a great fit and this post will give you the scoop on which homes & lots they have available right now in Stapleton’s Beeler Park neighborhood.
Lennar is building their “Generations” collection in Stapleton, which features 3 floor plans, all of which come with separate apartments that have their own entrance, bathroom, living room, bedroom, laundry and mini kitchen! These homes are a good fit for buyers hoping to end up in the high $600k’s price range. Buyers have been using the extra unit as a home office, a rental property, a nanny’s quarters or a place for a family member.

So what lots and homes does Lennar have available at the moment? Not too much actually, they have sold well and they have fairly limited options. At the moment they have 4 lots available for contract in Beeler Park and they have 3 more coming soon. Of the 4 lots they have now, 3 are the Independence floor plans and 1 is the Revelation floor plan. Like the Legacy floor plan? So does everyone else apparently, they are sold out of this plan and last time I checked they have 26 people on the waiting list. They don’t have any more Legacy lots coming any time soon so if aren’t on that list of 26 people it doesn’t seem like a viable option for you.
