What’s Available with Wonderland’s Single-Family Home Series in Stapleton?
What’s your interior design “style”? Is it farmhouse chic? Is it contemporary? Either way, Wonderland has you covered. In this blog post, I’ll share with you what Wonderland single family homes look like and their availability in Stapleton’s final neighborhood, North End. Once these are gone, they’re gone. Portrait Series
Let’s start out with the single-family floorplan in the Portrait series. Check out my Facebook Live broadcast post where I toured the Lawrence floorplan.
Lawrence floorplan kitchen
The Lawrence plan is 1,723 square feet with 3 LARGE bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I think my favorite feature (and there’s a few) of the home has to be the master bedroom. Check out the floorplan here. As you can see both in the floorplan and the Facebook video, the owner’s suite is a true escape. There is the option to upgrade the bedroom to include a sitting room AND covered balcony. The mom in me is screaming about how perfect this room is for a quick (and realistic) getaway!
Lawrence floorplan exterior
There are three Lawrence floorplans available with a Spring 2020 delivery. They all contain finished basements and there’s still time to choose your finishings! The base price is $595,000.
Optional Sitting Room off Master Suite
If you’re ready to move sooner than Spring 2020, one Welton floorplan will be available with an October/November delivery.
This plan includes the famous Wonderland Modern Farmhouse Exterior on a beautiful courtyard. (See lot link below. This home is #18 on Block #24). The main level at 712 square feet contains a great room, dining room, kitchen and pocket office. The second level is 769 square feet and is where you will find three large bedrooms (or optional upgrade to a 4-bedroom suite). Don’t worry about carrying laundry up and down the stairs as it is conveniently located on the second level. An unfinished basement is also included. All finished, the Welton stands at 2,094 square feet and is available for $518,507.
As of the time of this writing, there are only 8 lots left in the Wonderland Portrait Series (see map below).
Prominence Series

The Prominence Series are all single-family homes ranging in size from 1,432 square feet all the way up to 2,069 square feet. The main floor rooms feature 5” pre-finished engineered hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchens all feature Maytag stainless steel appliances including a natural gas cooking range.
Emporia’s Contemporary Exterior
Three bedrooms are located on the second level. The master suite is all located on one side of the upstairs with a spacious bedroom, large walk-in closet and thoughtfully designed bathroom.
All Wonderland homes are built with the intention of the homes being as maintenance-free as possible. They did not disappoint with the Prominence series. The LP SmartSide Panel Siding offers the warmth and beauty of traditional wood siding but their advanced treated wood technology creates panels that are more durable, dimensionally stable and consistent than traditional wood materials. All the Prominance homes include a covered front porch and private back patio.
As with the Portrait Series, these homes are also going quickly. Currently there are only 9 homes left in this series (see map below).
