It’s finally here!! David Weekley Homes has finally announced they will be opening in the final phase of the North End.
David Weekley Homes are offering three different styles of homes: single family, paired homes, and the fabulous row homes. These are the same floor plans that were built in the first phase of the North End. I can tell you on the resale side of the Central Park real estate market, all three series of homes are extremely popular and have, in most situations, appreciated significantly.
Single Family Homes
The Cottage Homes include three different floor plans ranging in size from 1772 square feet all the way up to 1893 square feet. Estimates on the all-in pricing range are still in the air and should be confirmed soon, but to give you an idea, the average resale price on the Salida plan is in the mid to high $700ks. David Weekley definitely did it right when designing the paired floor plans. There are two floor plans, the La Plata Peak and the West Elk. Both floor plans are seen throughout the community as well. Current resale values range from the high $500ks to low $600ks. Click HERE to see an example of a La Plata Peak floor plan.
The row homes are some of my favorite homes in the neighborhood. The two floor plans are the Sienna and the Sienna II. Both homes offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an attached 2 car garage. You will also see these homes sprinkled throughout the north and south side of the neighborhood. Current resale value is in the low to mid $600k range.
VIP appointments are being made right now for June 24th and 25th. Pricing will also be released during this time. If you have not been on the notification list from David Weekley, the rest of the home sites will be released shortly after the VIP appointments.
And, of course, we will keep you updated on any information we get the second we get it!
