Infinity’s Last Few Homes Available in Beeler Park
It seems building just started in Beeler Park not so long ago, and yet amazingly the neighborhood is close to selling out! With the last and final neighborhood in Stapleton – North End – starting to sell, you might be wondering if you can still get into a fabulous Infinity in Beeler Park. If so – then I have great news! Infinity Homes, known for their cutting edge modern designs, larger lots and huge square footage, is nearing a close out in Beeler Park – but there are 6 Vive lots, 6 Alto lots, and 2 Luxe lots (as well as a Vive and a Luxe “spec” home) still available in Beeler Park! The not as great news… we expect these lots and the spec home to sell quickly. Once they’re gone, you’ll have to wait until Infinity starts releasing lots in North End, which is expected to be fall/winter 2018.

Infinity has 6 Vive “dirt start” lots still available – check out lots 4, 16, and 19-22 in the Vive map [below]. In particular, I’m a big fan of lot 22! It’s the only remaining corner lot, south-facing (which for many is the ideal home lot orientation if you want to maximize sun exposure) and the homes to the west of the lot are large ranches… so you may just have a view from the 2nd floor! The Vive collection features super modern elevations and wide open floorplans starting at $799,900 (in the mid-high $900s all in). These are big, luxurious homes – with 4-7 bedrooms, offices and plenty of space for family and friends. One of my favorite features is the outdoor room (so perfect in Colorado!) with window walls to create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space!

So you don’t quite need 6,000 sqft, but you want all the style of an Infinity? Alto might be the right choice for you! These exceptional 3-story homes are an entertainers dream with wide open floor plans, outdoor space on every floor – and the main attraction – a rooftop deck for great views and privacy! Very few Stapleton homes give you the opportunity observe the city, mountains and (my favorite) incoming storms – and Infinity’s Alto series is the first detached home in Stapleton to include a rooftop deck. Ultra modern, incredibly spacious and decidedly cool – you can still build your own Alto with an amazing western view in Beeler Park (see lots in green below).
