Working in both real estate and property management in Central Park, it’s crucial to have a solid roster of home professionals we can call on for our clients. Over 14 working in the neighborhood, we’ve built up a solid list of trusted contractors! And here at Focus Real Estate, we have a series where we share them with you—the folks we work with over and over again. (And in case you wondered—we don’t get any financial benefit from these recommendations. We also can’t be responsible for the service quality, pricing, or outcomes, even though these contractors have been great for us.)
When we meet with new clients selling their homes, there is one thing we often recommend: getting their windows cleaned, inside and out. A professional cleaning delivers one of the biggest bangs for your buck: Spotless windows make a house brighter, lighter, and newer-feeling for a relatively small cost and very little disruption to your home and your life.
For those same reasons, this service is something anyone can appreciate, even if they’re not selling—it’s a quick, unobtrusive way to make any house feel brighter and cleaner. We get our windows and tracks (the bottom of the window where dirt just piles up) cleaned every few years and it makes such a difference.
The window cleaner we have trusted for years is Luis Estrella with Emerald Window Cleaning. We love working with Luis and his team not only because they are skilled, thorough cleaners, but they’re also really trustworthy. They give you a very accurate written quote before they start the job, and they’ll also tell you if any of your screens need to be repaired, giving you the option to add that on to the job as well.
Check out my quick chat with Luis in the video below and shoot Emerald a text at (720) 295-7030 with photos of your house with the windows visible—they usually respond within a few minutes to get the process going for you. They also have a handy price calculator specific to Central Park on their website to give you an idea of cost.
Check out our other I Got A Guy or Gal posts to build your own roster! We give you the inside scoop on the HVAC, roofer, and house painters we’ve used and trust.
If you have any trusted go to vendors that serve Central Park you think we should know about please share them with us! You can always email me those suggestions at joe@focus-brokers.com.
