First Look at Wonderland Homes in North End

So what will Wonderland build in North End? We expect the popular Prominence and Portrait detached single families to return to North End as well as the roomy Prospect and luxurious Freedom town homes. We anticipate that all four collections’ floor plans will look similar to what’s being built in Beeler Park, but look forward to Wonderland making a few tweaks here and there to reflect popular upgrades and requests homeowners made in Beeler Park, changes necessitated by the geography of North End, and so on. Here’s a quick rundown on each of the collections and where we expect them to be built (or scroll down to the end for the reservation timeline)!
Prominence Single Family Homes
Based on preliminary maps, we’re expecting about 23 Prominence single family homes in North End. Prominence homes will be street facing (so no additional HOA) and mainly clustered on the north end of North End. North and East facing lots will be available with walkability to schools and the giant pool. We expect Prominence to start in the low $500s with 1,432 to nearly 3,000 finished square feet and coming in around the $600s after customizations are selected. These homes feature a mix of modern architectural styles allowing you to create a contemporary craftsman or even a modified pagoda. Interiors include details like angled walls, oversized kitchen islands, high ceilings, and optional minimalist fireplaces. Don’t want to wait for the North End build out? You’re in luck! Prominence has a few quick move-ins in Beeler Park including 2 2800sqft ranch-style homes with finished basements listed in the $580s and a 2-story Henry with finished basement listed at $606,757!
Portrait Single Family Homes
I can’t wait to see the plans for the 4 Portrait courtyard communities in North End! They’ll have more than 35 Portrait homes in North End, all clustered around private courtyards and convenient to everything in North End. Much like the Prominence collection, Portrait will likely start in the high $400s/low $500s with 1,401 to over 2,500 finished square feet and finishing out in the $600s after customizations are selected. It you like farmhouse or craftsman style, these homes are for you – and with all the customization opportunities Wonderland offers, you can make the interior as modern, traditional or eclectic as you like! My favorite feature of these homes? The roomy, classic porches that face into the private courtyards creating a cool micro-community environment. Don’t want to wait for the North End build out? There’s one Portrait home remaining in Beeler Park!
Prospect Town homes
Wonderland’s Prospect Town homes in North End will consist of 2 rows of South and West facing lots with perfect walkability to the sports fields and pool. Prospect offers some of the most affordable homes in North End complete with vaulted ceilings, 2-car garages, optional finished basements and private outdoor space. Ranging from 1,375 to over 2,500 finished square feet with a finished basement, these thoughtfully designed town homes live large and generally finish out in the low-mid $500s (starting in the low-mid $400s). These homes sold fast in Beeler Park and Bluff Lake – so make sure you reserve one early if you don’t want to miss out on one of the best values in North End!
Freedom Town homes
North End is slated to include 20+ Freedom Town homes in desirable locations including one row just a block off the main park and ball fields and another row facing a one way street and green space. We’ll know for sure on Saturday, but we estimate that Freedom town homes will start in the high $400s and range in size from 1,691 finished square feet to over 3,000 finished square feet with a finished basement. We find that most buyers end up in the high $500s to low $600s depending on finish level . These are low-maintenance, modern farmhouse town homes featuring generous, private outdoor spaces, including a private deck off most master suites. Each of the four plans in the Freedom collection have open layouts, open-riser staircases, sleek kitchens with large islands, great standard finishes and optional finished basements. The end units on this series are particularly special, and limited, so I would highly recommend checking out this Saturday’s event if you’re interested in one!
Timeline for Reserving Your New Wonderland
10/13 Preview Event – This preview event will be to educate everyone on the homes, lots, etc. At this event you can set a follow-up meeting with Wonderland’s appropriate sales rep for the series you like so you can then meet them and get all your questions answered. Don’t worry about going early to this event or trying to be there first, that won’t affect which lot you’ll be able to receive. You can learn more about this event and RSVP here.
Two weeks between 10/13 and 10/27 – Buyers will meet with the builder at their appt. (which they scheduled at the event on 10/13) and get all the answers they need to be prepared for the 10/27 release date. These one-on-one buyer meetings with the builder will be the chance to talk through pricing, see which lots would work for you and determine the homes that best fit your needs.
10/27 Release date – On this date the builder will release the lots and it’s first come first serve. So be prepared to jump on the home you love by this date!
North End will house a number of unique features like Stapleton’s largest pool (complete with a two story waterslide!), biking trails, sports courts and a baseball field. So don’t miss it!
