Creekstone Homes to be Stapleton’s 10th Builder
Creekstone Homes is the newest builder to be added to the mix in Stapleton. They’ll be building ranch style (one story) paired homes in their new “Approach” series in Beeler Park.
The paired homes will be roughly 1,200 – 1,500 sf above grade and they’ll come with unfinished basements standard. The homes have 2 bedrooms on the main level and for those buyers who want more space the basements can be finished which adds approximately 1,000 additional finished square feet and a third bedroom.
The homes are expected to be priced in the mid- high $300k’s but because they are a brand new builder to the Stapleton building brand new plans I can’t say for sure where these will end up at price-wise at this point.
There will be 4 plans in the series and there will be 2 exterior elevations for each plan. The homes will come in Craftsman and Modern styles. At this point I don’t have floor plans or many renderings but I do have a couple of exterior pictures which I’ve added on this Creekstone Homes Pinterest Board.
I work with a lot of buyers, especially empty nesters, who would love to buy a ranch style home in Stapleton to be close to kids and grandkids. Some will live in the home full time but many of them are just looking for something relatively small to live in for part of the year while still maintaining their current home. Often times they find the only options they have in Stapleton for ranch plans are $450k – $550k and many times that’s more than they want to spend. So assuming these town homes are below $400k all in I think they’ll fill a gap in the Stapleton market.
Creekstone will be getting their first lots in Beeler Park somewhere around December 2016. They don’t have a defined sales process for the homes mapped out yet but be sure to watch the Scoop (sign up for the Scoop here to stay in the loop!) and I’ll keep you posted when more info on their homes becomes available.
