What’s the latest with Parkwood in Stapleton? Plenty! Here’s a quick recap to get you up to speed, as well as a Facebook Live video we recently filmed with our good friend Dani at Parkwood (you need to see the view from the third floor of the Parkwood model we’re filming in – check out the video!).
One of my favorite Parkwood home series – the Painted Ladies – still has availability in Stapleton’s Beeler Park and North End neighborhoods. If you’re not acquainted with the Painted Ladies collection check out this Scoop post for more information.
Right now, Parkwood has two spec Painted Ladies in Beeler Park that are under construction. Parkwood has a limited number of prime lots for Painted Ladies in North End. These lots are southern facing and located across the street from the future North End pool, which is going to be the largest pool in all of Stapleton. The pool is also going to have a huge waterslide. Your kids will thank you forever for buying a home next to North End’s incredible pool complex!

The Painted Ladies collection has been a popular series for Parkwood and our clients here at Focus Real Estate. Our clients love the San Francisco feel of the homes, the wonderful Parkwood touches throughout, and the excellent price point. As Dani says in the video, people are “obsessed” with the Painted Ladies collection, and I’m not surprised!
Also in Beeler Park, Parkwood has a Newbridge model spec home that will be finished in the late spring or early summer. The home comes with a third floor loft suite and a fully-finished basement. As for single family lots, if you’ve been following Parkwood’s lot releases like we have over the past few years, you won’t be surprised to hear that there’s only one remaining single family lot in North End before the next filing. Parkwood is a semi-custom builder with limited lot inventory, so the best single family lots tend to go quickly. Jump on this lot now, or you may have to wait quite some time before you can build your Parkwood dream home!
