There were 10 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Check out the Parkwood Asheville that we contracted on with a buyer this week at 8884 E 51st Ave in the link above. This is one of my favorite plans in the neighborhood and I just think this is an amazing home. Great finishes, park facing, awesome backyard and a finished basement.
There were 17 closed sales this week in Stapleton. There were quite a few different types of homes that sold this week, so chances are decent you could see something similar to what you live on in the list. $600k – $800k range, south side of I-70, 4beds up or 3beds + loft, prefer more traditional finishes, move-in July.
$650k – $850k range, prefer north side of I-70, 2,800 + finished sf and they lean towards more modern finishes and Infinity homes.
