This Week in Stapleton Real Estate 5.10.19

With the end of school, opening of Stapleton pools, and summer just right around the corner, the Stapleton real estate market is starting to heat up!  While you’re out and about house hunting this weekend, be sure to swing by our open house at 3666 Willow Street (open Saturday and Sunday 1:30p-4:00p).  We’d love to see you!

Before we get to all the fun new listings, I wanted to link to a cool 360 digital model [https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=ozmiVNpGRcH] we made of a home at the pre-drywall stage in Stapleton’s new North End neighborhood.

If you’re thinking about building a new home in North End, Beeler Park, or Bluff Lake, here at Focus Real Estate we provide 360 digital models to our new construction clients – for free – so they always have a record of what’s behind their walls.  We’ve found that 360 models are very handy for hanging art, renovation projects, finding out where that pesky leak is coming from (eek!), or just sharing with friends and family who want to see how your new home is coming along!

14 New Listings This Week

Here are 3 of my favorite listings this week:

9418 E 58th Drive (Beeler Park)

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Lennar NextGen home is listed for $759,900.  I’m a big fan of Lennar’s NextGen series.  Not sure what a NextGen home is?  It’s essentially a home within a home. Lennar builds homes with their own totally separate suites inside – complete with a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, laundry, and more!  Perfect for grandparents, people who want to rent out the separate suite for extra income, or even 20-somethings living with Mom and Dad, the separate suite gives you plenty of great options.  This NextGen home is listed by The Creed Group and located in Beeler Park.

8834 Martin Luther King Blvd

Looking for that Central Park lifestyle?  Look no further than this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome overlooking Central Park.  Starting at the top, this four story townhome has incredible views from its two rooftop patios (complete with elevator access!).  Working your way down from the fourth floor, be sure to check out the dual master bedrooms, each with a walk-in five piece master bathroom.  On the first floor you’ll find two fireplaces, Viking appliances, and yet another deck – so you have tons of outdoor space!  This beautiful townhome is listed for $895,900 by our friend John Baldree.

3666 Willow Street (Central Park North)

Speaking of cool 360 digital models, check out 3666 Willow Street in Central Park North [https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=TmXKeAqBfwm].  If you navigate up to the master bathroom, there’s quite the surprise in the master bathtub!  (By the way, we include 3D models as part of our package to sellers – great way to set your listing apart and attract tech-savvy, non-local, and other buyers).  This Central Park North single family home was just re-listed for $549,900 and includes an open floor concept with gleaming hardwoods, granite counters, luxe carpet upstairs, and a finished basement with bamboo floors!  Walkable location close to Light Rail, future Sprouts grocery/retail, a pocket park, Central Park.

Disclaimer:

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Stapleton, not just our own.  It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well.  Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
