Brookfield Residential’s new Contour Townhomes at Central Park will officially open for sales and tours on Saturday, April 18, 2026, bringing a fresh, urban three‑story townhome option to the neighborhood. We love to stay on top of real estate in the neighborhood, so I popped by to tour the new models in advance of the release and bring you a little sneak peek! More info to come so stay tuned to the Scoop or contact me (contact info at bottom of post) if you’d like help with your Central Park home search!
Community overview
Contour Townhomes are located at East 47th Avenue and Beeler Court, right in the heart of Central Park’s vibrant Northfield area, steps from shops, dining, parks, and commuter routes. Brookfield describes the Contour portfolio as where traditional townhome charm meets a clean, eye‑catching aesthetic, with homes that feel great inside and out and are designed to inspire next‑level living.
With this collection, you get the best of town and home—walks to dinner, concerts in the park, neighborhood pools and trails—while still enjoying the comfort of a brand‑new, low‑maintenance residence. Central Park offers extensive parks and trails, nearby nature areas, and multiple shopping and dining districts including Northfield, East 29th Avenue Town Center, and Quebec Square.
I recently popped by the site and took a ton of photos of the streetscapes, views, and construction progress, and it’s clear this is going to be a fun, walkable little enclave. If you’d like to tour in person, I’d love to show you around and share what I’m seeing on the ground.
Floorplans, finishes, and living spaces
Brookfield is launching two Contour plans, each centered around an open‑concept main level with a generous kitchen island, adjacent dining, and a living room that flows to a spacious balcony for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Both plans include a first‑floor study or office near the entry, letting you work comfortably from home without sacrificing bedroom space upstairs. Here is a comparison of the two plans at a high level:
| Plan | Approx. sq. ft. | Beds + flex | Baths | Notable features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Contour 1 | Around 1,600+ sq. ft. | 2 bedrooms + main‑floor study | 3–4 baths depending on options | Large kitchen island, balcony off main living, private third‑floor owner’s retreat with en‑suite bath, second bedroom with its own en‑suite, optional fireplace and rooftop deck on select elevations. |
| Contour 2 | Around 1,900+ sq. ft. | 3 bedrooms + study | 3 baths | Loft‑like second floor with oversized island, dining and living opening to a big balcony, first‑floor study with optional powder bath, expansive owner’s retreat that spans much of the third floor, available rooftop deck on certain elevations. |
One key thing to know: all of the interior finishes in these homes (cabinets, counters, flooring, tile, fixtures, etc.) have already been professionally selected by the builder. That means you avoid the stress, time, and extra cost of design‑center appointments, and you get cohesive, on‑trend packages that are ready to go. If you’re curious what the actual finishes look like in person, I can walk you through the models and share my photos from the site.
The star of the show, though, is the optional rooftop deck available on certain elevations. These decks create a dramatic fourth‑level outdoor living space with room for dining, lounge furniture, and plants, and many of them should capture really nice western mountain views over Central Park’s rooftops. If you love the idea of grilling, hosting friends, or just watching sunsets with a drink in hand, the rooftop deck is absolutely worth targeting in your homesite selection.

Pricing, timing, and lifestyle
Final pricing is still being confirmed, but expectations are that Contour Townhomes at Central Park will start in roughly the mid‑$500,000s and range into the mid‑$600,000s, with rooftop‑deck homes and larger plans toward the upper end of that range. As I mentioned above, the Grand Opening event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, with furnished models, a staffed sales center, and the chance to reserve early homesites in this first release.
Homesite map and release details
The initial release sits along East 47th Avenue and North Beeler Court and includes a mix of interior and end residences, plus a small number of income‑restricted “affordable” homesites within the community. Construction is phased (S4–S10 on the builder’s map), so you can choose between earlier move‑in opportunities and homes that will deliver later in 2026, depending on your timeline.
Several of the buildings are planned with rooftop‑deck‑capable elevations; if those views and extra outdoor space are on your must‑have list, I can help you focus on the specific rows and homesites that line up best.

How I can help with your search
To match you with the right home in this release (or something completely different – I don’t work for the builder, I work for you!), I’d love to know what matters most to you—number of bedrooms, ideal square footage, whether a main‑level office, end unit, or rooftop deck is non‑negotiable, and any lifestyle priorities like pet space, proximity to parks, or quick airport access. It’s also important to understand your preferred price range and whether you’ll need to sell a current home before you buy so we can plan financing and timing ahead of the April 18 opening.
If you choose to work with me as your buyer’s agent, Brookfield is currently offering a 3.0% commission on the base price to agents who bring buyers, so my representation is paid by the builder rather than coming out of your pocket. That allows you to have an advocate on your side for contract terms, inspections, and strategy, while still taking full advantage of the builder’s offering. We’ve helped hundreds of buyers build homes in Central Park and we’d love to help you through the process!
If you’d like to chat, talk through floorplans, or set up a time to walk the community together, just let me know—I’d love to help you be one of the first to call these new Central Park townhomes home. You can set up an appt with me here at your convenience.
