Ranch home lovers rejoice, because Creekstone is building its high-end paired homes collection in both Stapleton’s North End as well as Bluff Lake! Creekstone’s paired homes typically have larger main levels (1,200-1,600 square feet), and for those who need more room, each home has a 1,000+ square foot basement you can finish.
In North End, Creekstone has 18 available lots – including 2 remaining lots with panoramic mountain views. We expect all these lots to go quickly, especially given Creekstone’s price point. Creekstone’s homes start around $429K in Stapleton, and on the higher end you can expect the final price to come in around $520K. Being able to build a large, semi-custom ranch home in Stapleton in the $400Ks or low $500Ks is very attractive from my vantage.
Creekstone is also excited about its Bluff Lake paired home collection, given Bluff Lake’s proximity to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Like I mentioned in the video, I used to work at Children’s Hospital on the Anschutz Campus and being able to walk or bike to work would’ve been a game-changer for me. Imagine biking 10 minutes from Bluff Lake to Anschutz on a summer day, not worrying about traffic or parking. Sign me up!
