Tim and his wife discovered Stapleton through their many trips to Denver from their home in California. He contacted me when he felt he wasn’t getting a good look at all the new and resale options in the neighborhood with his current broker. He flew out, we met and reviewed all the options. The new builds were very appealing but he didn’t love the lot locations so we agreed he should wait till he finds something he loves. (You never want to buy a home you just kind of like…you should be excited!) About a week later a perfect resale appeared and we helped him jump on it right away and beat out two other offers.
