New Arrivals: Ben & Robin
Ben, Robin and their two kids lived in a great little bungalow near City Park. Things were getting a little tight though as the kids got bigger so it was time to look for a larger home. They wanted the functionality of a new home but didn’t want to be too far out of town and away from the action. Stapleton was a great fit.
After looking at all the options they decided the “Zinnia” floor plan by Standard Pacific Homes was the right fit. We looked at all the available lots and they were able to get a great South facing home directly across from a park and a pool!
In addition to helping them with their new build in Stapleton we were also able to help them sell their City Park home. We found a buyer willing to lease them back their own property for about 45 days after closing, allowing them to avoid a “double move”. That was critical given their busy schedules.
