Summer concert season is in full swing in Stapleton, and if you haven’t checked out a show at Founder’s Green or Conservatory Green – be sure to do it this week! And as the concert season crescendos, so does the Stapleton real estate market. We’re still in an inventory crunch – as noted by the fact that 15 homes sold and 15 went under contract last week, but we only have 13 new listings – eek! It’s definitely competitive – but being prepared to pounce is key. Get pre-qualified, talk to an agent, and have all your ducks in a row for when your perfect home finds you !
Sold Stapleton Homes This Week
14 Stapleton homes closed in the last 7 days. The average sold price was just under $570,000 which was about 99% of list price (evidence that not all home go over list price!)
