Sure the weather may be cooling off, but the Stapleton market is still hot and we have everything you need to know in this week’s Stapleton real estate update!
New Stapleton Listings This Week
9 new resale listings came on the market this week (and I hear there are a few more coming up late Friday!) So this week’s top properties to check out…

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week
Wow – only 3 Stapleton homes went Under Contract – all attached homes and under contract in less than a week. As we’ve been seeing all summer, the higher price points are taking a bit longer to sell – so just be sure to account for this when you’re ready to list. Sold Stapleton Homes This Week
Only 2 Stapleton homes closed over the past week – which reflects the market slow-down we saw throughout August. Both of these homes spent significant time on the market (for their respective price points), experienced price reductions and sold for under list price. What can this tell you? If you are a seller, be sure to have a pricing plan based on your needs and expectations – a competitively priced home will not only sell quicker, buy may be able to bring in multiple offers. For buyers – although we’re still in a “seller’s market” – remember that list price is only a suggestion. Perhaps a strong suggestion… but make sure your Realtor provides you with neighborhood comps so you can see what the “real” price should be.
