This Week in Stapleton Real Estate

Below are links to the latest active, under contract and sold listings in our Stapleton real estate market this week!  We’re still in winter but buyers are out and homes are moving quickly.

Note that this post is mainly focused on the Stapleton “resale” market, if you want info on the latest inventory update from Stapleton’s 9 builders try our Builder Updates Section.

I’m always watching the Stapleton market for my clients anyway so why not share an update each Friday via Stapleton Scoop Facebook and Twitter for those who like to follow along?

Click on any of the links below to see maps, pictures and details about all of these properties!

New Stapleton Listings This Week

There are 10 new listings hit the Stapleton market this week and it should be about 60 degrees all weekend so I expect things to be busy.

Of the new listings, you should check out 8153 E 50th Drive if you’re looking in the $600k’s.  This is a beautiful Standard Pacific “Zinnia” plan with 4 beds/4 baths, a loft, a finished basement with wet bar and an amazing kitchen.  The owners have put in some very stylish custom finishes and I expect this one to go fast.  Asking price is $689k.  Here is link to the listing for more info and pictures.

Under Contract Stapleton Homes This Week

There were 8 homes that went under contract this week.  Like most weeks lately, there is roughly the same amount going under contact as is coming on new so our inventory is staying very low.  This week 2332 Xenia St is a good example of how a well priced, well staged home will sell immediately in this market.

Sold Stapleton Homes This Week

There were just 3 closed sale this week.

See All Stapleton Active Listings

There are now 20 active resale listings in Stapleton.  That is the lowest inventory I’ve seen in a long time.  Buyers are out there, we just need more sellers to join the party.
