This Week in Stapleton Real Estate

Below are links to the latest active, under contract and sold listings in our Stapleton real estate market this week!  I’ve also included some buyer needs of my clients in case you have a house you’d like to sell.

Note that this post is mainly focused on the Stapleton “resale” market, if you want info on the latest inventory update from Stapleton’s 9 builders try our Builder Updates Section.

I’m always watching the Stapleton market for my clients anyway so why not share an update each Friday via Stapleton Scoop Facebook and Twitter for those who like to follow along?

Click on any of the links below to see maps, pictures and details about all of these properties!

New Stapleton Listings This Week

There are 9 new listings hit the Stapleton market this week so buyers have some new options this weekend.

Seeking a decked out, stylish Infinity home with plenty of space South of I-70…check out 7999 E 32nd Ave.  Don’t miss the Parkwood “Asheville” plan (very popular and hard to fine plan!) that was just listed at 5482 Wabash St as well.

If you’re looking for a home minutes from Stanley Marketplace, future light rail and Eastbridge Town Center check out our new listing check out this 3 story David Weekley home with rooftop deck and nearly 3,500 finished sf for just $599k!

Under Contract Stapleton Homes this Week

There were 9 homes that went under contract this week.  Almost all of them went in a matter of days!  The spring selling season has come early.  I can tell you buyers are out and ready to buy, especially in the sub $500 market in Stapleton.  If you plan to sell in Spring or early Summer you might want to explore listing it earlier due to the demand and lack of inventory now.

Sold Stapleton Homes this Week

There were just 4 closed sales this week.  KB detached homes continue to appreciate at a very nice pace!

See All Stapleton Active Listings

There are now 27 active resale listings in Stapleton.  We’ve been hovering around this level for several weeks now.  New homes will hit the market each week but just as many go under contract so the inventory has been staying flat.
