It’s Friday…time for our weekly update on the Stapleton real estate market. We have a few new South side listings to show you, some details on 8 “spec” homes available for quick move-in and information on lots in North End. Let’s jump right in…
New Stapleton resale listings this week
It was a really slow week for new listings. We put on two new listings in the $500k’s in South Stapleton that we’re excited to tell you about but other than that nothing new came to the market. It’s been the slowest week of the year and we expect it to stay that way through the holidays.

We’re really excited to tell you about our new listing at 2551 Alton St that just went live today. Even though it went live today we’re getting a lot of buzz on this one so I expect it to be gone quickly. It’s a Wonderland home well situated between Stanley Marketplace and Puddle Jumper pool. We also wanted to make sure you saw our new listing at 2941 Fulton St that just hit this last week. Under Contract Homes This Week
There were also just 2 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Again, really slow right now because it’s holiday season.
14 Stapleton resale homes closed in the last 7 days. On average, sellers received 96.5% of their original asking price. Although that is really strong still it does show that buyers have some wiggle room on price with certain listings. (which hasn’t been the case in quite some time)
Stapleton Resale Homes This Week
Stapleton has a total of 47 resale listings at this time, which is consistent with inventory levels over the past few months.
